MVPB Sponsorship


Team Sponsors      

Teams must acquire one full sponsor or multiple partial sponsors to reach the full sponsorship level of $300.

Full Sponsorships ($300) will receive the following:

  • Opportunity to display a 3' x 5' banner provided by the sponsor or team at the fields for one calendar year, 
  • sponsor link and/or logo placement on MVPB website for one year if it is made available, and 
  • a recognition gift for display at their place of business.


Partial Sponsorships ($150)
will receive the following:

  • Sponsor link and/or logo placement on MVPB website for one year if it is made available, and
  • a recognition gift for display at their place of business.


The sponsor may provide or the team may produce a 3’ x 5’ banner that will be hung at the MVPB baseball complex for one-year from the point that it is placed.  Most teams will end up having a sponsor banner and a team banner with the players' names.  It is up to the team and sponsor whether they want to combine these two banners into one. Once your banner is created, please inform the Sponsorship Chair and drop your banner off at the snack bar.  The sponsorship chair will place the banner at an appropriate place on the property.

Partial sponsorships are available and will 
not include hanging a banner.  


The sponsor may send a high resolution logo and/or a website link via e-mail to the Sponsorship Chair to be displayed on the league website.


In the event your team does not acquire a sponsor, your team will be responsible for being self sponsored with the sponsorship fee shared among all the families on the team.  It is the manager's responsibility to coordinated team sponsorships.  Failure to pay team sponsorship fees may result in a suspension from managing or coaching in future seasons.


Team Sponsorship Expense Reimbursement Program

If a team acquires additional sponsorships, up to $200 of every full sponsorship can be reimbursed to the team for team related baseball expenses by submitting receipts to the MVPB Board of Directors.  Please complete the Team Sponsorship Expense Reimbursement Program form and submit it with the original expense receipts for approval.  Once sent, the expenses will be submitted to the board at the next scheduled board meeting for approval.  Once approved, a reimbursement check will then be submitted.
 
 

Corporate Sponsors

MVPB is looking for corporate sponsors that are interested in contributing to the success of our mission to make MVPB a rewarding place for our children to play baseball, make friends, and to develop positive, long-lasting memories.  If you are interested in sponsoring MVPB at a corporate level, please contact the MVPB Sponsorship Chair for more information.

 

Donations

As a non-profit corporation, MVPB gladly accepts donations of materials and services that benefit the league. Examples include food items for the snack bar or construction materials and services necessary for maintaining or improving our facilities.  Donators will receive a letter acknowledging the donation for tax purposes.  If you have services or materials you wish to donate, please contact the MVPB Sponsorship Chair for more information or the MVPB Treasurer for questions about donation letters.
